Processing Time 

Since our items are custom made, the current processing time is between 10-14 days.  Our items are currently made to order.  There are certain items that we do prepare in bulk & we are currently working on making sure Modern Color Collection is stocked to satisfy all of our customers who want to be a part of the group.   

 

Some orders may ship prior to the 14 day turn-around time.  If you have questions about your order we are always here to assist.   If you need a special order by a specific date please email us at mdcphotogroup@yahoo.com before placing the order.  We are also available on Instagram @mdcphotogroup.   We want to make sure we can accommodate your request to ensure the best customer service experience. 

 

We are happy to announce that WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!  Shipping on orders internationally can take up to three weeks.  If the order is domestic, the order can take 3-7 business days to arrive.   Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation email then once the item(s) has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email to ensure speedy delivery. 

 

Modern Color is not responsible for shipping delays or lost or stolen items by the carrier.  If this happens to your order, please reach out to us immediately.

Please verify the shipping address at checkout to ensure your package is delivered correctly.  Once you place your order, if you notice that the address is incorrect, please contact us by email (mdcphotogroup.com) right away so we can correct it on your order.  

 

Most of our orders are shipped with USPS.

 

Returns & Exchanges 

At Modern Color we are dedicated to customer service, product quality, speed of delivery and order accuracy. We strive to make sure every order is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our goal is to make sure that you receive an outstanding product that you will cherish, and that your order is delivered exactly as you have specified.

 

At this time, all of our items are custom made, handcrafted, and made to order therefore we cannot accept cancellations past a 72-hour time frame.  To provide the best customer service experience, we do except returns & exchanges as long as the item is not damaged or altered in any way.  In order to return the item, the customer would be responsible for return shipping cost.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the product, we are more than willing to work with you to make sure you have a positive experience. We are unable to accept ANY exchanges for custom or personalized items (items offered outside of our original store merchandise) so please double check our sizing chart before placing your order.
