Hourly
The minimum available rental and the perfect amount of time for a simple session! You can add any amount of hours to this option. This is best if your session is only going to be 30-40 Minutes. If you plan on having a longer session you can do a 30 Minute Add-On for you and your client's convenience.
There will be a $35 additional fee for cake smashes and other sessions where the paper needs to be cut.
If for any reason you cut the paper without speaking with us first, this will also result in a $50 fee.

Where is the studio located?

You will receive the elevator & parking information, studio codes, and specific directions on how to enter the studio the day before your booking.

How many people are allowed in the studio at once?
Up to 10 people are allowed in the studio at once without permission. This means there is space for those extended family sessions! Please contact me for retreats, workshops and events. Please also make sure for the best experience kids are not left unattended or allowed to run around.

Is there parking?
We are lucky to be in the heart of Columbia, which normally would mean downtown street parking BUT we have private covered parking for your convenience! Please park in the covered lot as it has security cameras for your safety.

What types of sessions can be scheduled?
Any type of portrait session, creative collaboration, meetings and small of events are allowed in the space.

Is there heat and AC?
Yes! However, the thermostat is controlled by building maintenance. We will have a fan if you get too hot that you can turn on at your convenience. and can be found near the entrance to the studio.

Can I bring my own props?
Of course you can, please make sure it does not include glitter, confetti, or anything flammable (candles, matches, etc.) You are more than welcome to bring anything that is going to add to your creativity just make sure and leave the studio how it was when you arrived. Please clean up after yourself and your clients.
