Modern Color Studios was created with the artist in mind. This 650 foot natural light boho modern studio is available to photographers, creatives and small events. Our hope is to give everyone a comfortable space to let that spark flourish. Find us in Downtown, Columbia on Calhoun Street & create your own little piece of history.

Modern Color Studios is a professional photography studio located in downtown Columbia, SC. ​
We offer two unique spaces. The first space has backdrops in many different colors for those who prefer studio lighting. The second is filled with an abundance of natural light from a wall of windows, creative corners, and a ton of lifestyle inspired scenes to get your creative juices flowing. We cater to photographers, videographers, content creotors, influencers, and even small businesses.
STUDIO RULES
Always keep the studio secure by locking up properly after you leave. Each photographer will be given an access code to enter the building elevator and studio door. Codes are private and exclusive to individual photographers so do not share them with anyone or you forfeit your session.
The Studio is used daily by multiple creatives so please be mindful of the time you’ve scheduled. Your studio time includes set up and clean up. Please keep the studio clean and presentable just as you would like it to be for you. A Swiffer mop, vacuum and additional cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchenette closet.
